Return Policy

High-ticket, freight-shipped equipment can't carry a casual free-return policy. Here are our terms — clear and up front, so there are no surprises.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@formaritual.com with your order number to start a return and receive freight return instructions. Do not ship anything back without authorization.

Condition & packaging

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging, in resalable condition. Assembled, installed, or used equipment may not be eligible for return except where required by law or covered by warranty.

Return freight & fees

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return freight, and a restocking fee may apply. We confirm both before pickup is arranged.
  • Original shipping and freight charges are generally non-refundable.

Custom & special-order items

Certain custom finishes or made-to-order configurations may be final sale, except in the case of damage or defect. Any such exception is confirmed in writing before your order is finalized.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, you are not responsible for return freight. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos (see our Delivery pagefor inspection steps) and we'll arrange repair, replacement parts, or a replacement under the applicable warranty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
