2-Year Limited Warranty

Real, written coverage — confirmed before you buy. We coordinate claims with our suppliers on your behalf. This is a clear summary, not a guarantee of results.

Coverage period

Equipment is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery.

What may be covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Structural issues under normal, intended use (e.g. reformer frames and carriages; sauna cabin panels).
  • Electrical components where applicable (e.g. sauna heating elements and controls).

What is not covered

  • Misuse, accidents, or use beyond a product's stated rating.
  • Improper assembly or installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear (upholstery wear, surface marks) and cosmetic changes over time.
  • Cosmetic damage discovered after delivery acceptance (see our Delivery page for inspection steps).

How to file a claim

Email hello@formaritual.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos and/or a short video of the issue.
  • A description of the problem and when it appeared.
  • Serial or product identifiers, if applicable.

We assess the claim and coordinate repair, replacement parts, or a replacement under the warranty terms for your product.

Your statutory rights

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection law.
